Instructions to make Mughlai Mutton With Rich Gravy:
- Clean and wash the mutton.
- Add Ginger Garlic paste and turmeric powder,salt, water and mutton. Bring it to Boil. Cover and pressure cook for 1o minutes or until meat is tender.
- Cook on high flame until water dried up.
- 1 cup yoghurt.
- Dry ingredients.
- Prepare the green Chutney.
- Add the dry ingredients and green Chutney in yoghurt.
- Coconut powder and Almond make a paste. Use can add green Chutney and make a paste. Add the yoghurt.
- Add the cream in yoghurt and mix well.
- Add cooked mutton and mix it.
- Take a pan add 1/2 cup cooking oil and add mutton boti and fry the mutton,fry for all sides for 5 minutes,not add gravy.
- Take it out the plate.
- Same pan Add 1/2 cup oil fry the oinon paste until light golden brown and add marinated Gravy and 1/2 cup of water. cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Keep mixing in between.
