  3. Cover and rest the dough for 5-6 hrs or overnight.. Take a small portion of the dough and roll it like poori and deep fry in oil on medium flame till golden brown..
  4. Serve it hot with spicy coconut chutney or can be had as is.. Enjoy😋

I have seen in Instagram many photos sharing. Buns is another evening tea time snack prepared with overripe bananas and all purpose flour. Unlike crispy puris these Mangalore Buns are spongy and " Mangalore - Udupi " these names are often referred together, so they are just like siblings.
