Slowly add the liquid from the cauliflower and the rest of the milk, stirring and blending it to make a sauce. Add the stock cube, nutritional yeast, garlic & onion powder and Dijon mustard and mix till smooth.
  3. Spoon the sauce over the cauliflower, pouring the rest into the tray. Top with vegan grated cheese, a grind of salt and pepper and then the breadcrumbs
  4. Bake at 180 degrees for an hour & serve!!
