- Soak daals and fenugreek seeds separately for 4-5 hrs
- Wash daals then blend it with the rest of ingredients with very little water
- Batter should be easy to shape up de vadas do not make it watery or losse
- Keep a wok with oil on flame
- Put a big blob of daal mixture on your left palm and flatten it then make a hole with right hand finger to give donut shape toss it in your right hand then put in hot oil…
- Do the same put 4-5 vadas at a go and fry them til browned up…
- When all done serve hot with coconut chutney
