- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry all the tikkis… make sure it's crisp from both the sides.. fry all
- Now assemble the tikki
- In a plate take two tikki or more crushed it, place chole over it, now pour curd and green chutney now pour tamarind chutney sprinkle some sev, red chilli and chaat masala.
- Serve immediately after assembling..
