  1. In a pan roast cashews and leave aside
  2. In a food processor add tomatoes, coriander,onion, cream, ginger, garlic,green chilli,kasoori methi, khoya and 1:4 cup cashews. Blitz it to a paste.
  3. In a pan add oil and cumin seeds. Once the oil is hot add the paste and let it cook for a minute. Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt, garam masala and cumin powder. Cover and let it cook for few minutes until the oil leaves sides. Add water if necessary.
  4. Add the cashews and paneer and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Serve in a dish and garnish.
