Instructions to make Stuffed Buns:
- First, marinate the chicken with all the ingredients mentioned under stuffing except oil and let it rest for 30 mins.
- FOR THE DOUGH-Take the yeast, add the sugar and add warm water and whisk vigorously.

- Add the salt and add the flour gradually 1 cup at a time.
- Once the flour is all incorporated, start kneading the dough. Knead for 15 mins.
- Now apply butter 1 tbsp at a time and keep kneading till you get a nice firm and elastic dough.
- Let the dough rise for 45 mins to 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing. Take oil and add the marinated chicken and fry for 5 min on high flame. Lower the flame and cook the chicken till done and completely dry.
- After 45 mins the dough had risen well
- Punch the air out and divide the dough into equal balls.
- Flatten each dough and put the chicken filling in the center and seal the dough completely.
- Place the stuffed buns on a baking tray and let them rise for 15 mins.
- Brush the buns with butter and bake the buns in preheated oven at 180⁰ c for 15 to 18 mins or till you see the tops have turned golden brown.
- Serve the buns hot as it is or if you like serve with some bbq sauce.
