  6. Season the lentils with salt to your taste. - - Remove the Bay leaf. - Pile the lentils into a small / medium casserole and cover with the garlic mash. - - Sprinkle with the cheese and heat under the grill until bubbling and browned.
  7. Serve with any vegetables you like. - - Enjoy.
