  5. Mix well and sauté for a minute. - Add boiled potatoes, gram flour, sugar, and garam masala powder
  6. Mix well, and try to mash potatoes with the help of a ladle.
  7. Cook for about 3-4 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat. Add 1 chopped white onion, and mix well.
  9. Let it cool. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions.
  10. Roll out each portion of the dough into a circle (small size puri).
  11. Place around 2 tsp of filling, carefully cover it.. press gently and flatten with hands.
  12. Make the kachori flat from sides.
  13. Prick with fork.Repeat the same process, with the rest of dough.
  14. Heat the oil and once the oil is hot, reduce the flame to medium.
  15. Fry all till crisp and golden brown in colour.
  16. Remove on an absorbent paper and serve with Imli khajoor chutney or green chutney.
