  1. Prepare 1 pack couscous
  2. Take 1 cup Oil
  3. Prepare Blanded Pepper
  4. Prepare Slice Onions
  5. Get Steam Moringa (zogale)
  6. Prepare Seasonings
  7. Get 1/4 Grain Groundnuts

Couscous: Bring the water to a simmer in a small pot over medium heat, then turn off the heat. Couscous is a kind of food, originally from the Berbers of North Africa. It has two related meanings: A kind of wheat known in English as durum wheat. The wheat used is in a form called "wheat middlings".

Instructions to make Simple couscous:
  1. In a bowl, put boiled water and oil, add the couscous in it and allow it to steam for like 5-8mintues
  2. In a non-stick pan out 1/4 of oil, pepper, onions, groundnuts and seasonings allow it to cook for 3 mins then add your steam couscous and zogale to the ingredients and mix it well for about 10 minutes. Serve with any drink or water & Enjoy 😋

It is the same material which is used to make semolina, and is not a kind of pasta. Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan. Mix the onions and all dry ingredients together in a steel or glass bowl. Stir a pinch of salt into warm water and pour over couscous. This quick couscous salad is the perfect summer side.
