  8. Preparation:

2 cups of boiled fava beans

  1. 1 cup of boiled chickpeas And crushed garlic
  2. In a deep bowl add the fava beans the chickpeas, crushed garlic, lemon juice and salt
  3. Mash all ingredients using the hand grinder until all has mixed in together
  4. Serve on a plate with a drizzle of oil oil
  5. Decorate with chopped parsley
  6. Serve with tomato, onions and pickles
