- When the cheese is melted put your pan under a grill or broiler for a few minutes to brown of the cheese . Do not put the handle underneath
- Arrange your peppers , two per person on a plate, add the pesto and drizzle with the pomegranate syrup or balsamic vinegar , serve with bread
