Steps to make Mushroom Manchurian:
  1. Wash mushroom. Add salt,1/2 tsp red chilli powder, black pepper powder and 1&2/2 tbsp cornflour to mushroom.Add oil to pan to fry mushroom. Deep fry until golden keep aside.
  2. Add 2 thsp oil into pan.Add chopped onion, garlic and chillies.saute until translucent.In a bowl mix sauces with 1/2 cup of water. Add this to pan.Boil till thick gravy. Add cook in high flame for 1 minute with constant stirring.Put off the flame and after 5 minutes it is ready to serve.
