- After 20 mins soaking put pudding into oven for 35-40 mins or until golden brown.
Place in large casserole dish, with sultanas. Roughly chop fruit while in can and add to the bread. Pour a little of the juice over bread to slightly moisten. Beat together the eggs, caster sugar and flavoured milk. Gently push the bread down into the custard so that each piece is soaked.
