- Drain the pasta and the rocket with a slotted spoon and add to the frying pan with the tomatoes. Toss together. Plate up and add a sprinkling of cheese.
In a large salad bowl, begin to assemble the ingredients for the salad: rocket, radicchio, tomatoes, capers (towel dried), pitted black olives, pine nuts and Parmesan cheese. Crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper. Combine the cherry tomatoes, garlic, salt, balsamic vinegar, arugula, basil, and olive oil in a wide bowl.
