Jab thick ho jaye to stove band kar lien or custard ko room temperature per aany dein. (Custard na to bhht thick ho na hi bhht patla, drmeyani consistency honi chaiye). Jab normal hony lgy to half quantity custard ki seving dish mien set kar lien.
  4. Jab custard set ho jaye to oper se khubaani ke mixture ki layer lgayein, phir bakaya custard set kar dein. Custard per khubaani ke mixture ko piping bag mien daal kar strips bnayein (lines bnayei).
  5. Khubaani ke mix ki lines ke sath hi cream ki lines lgayein or kisi toothpick se forward backward lines cut kar ke design bana lien. Apny style ke According chandi ka warkk lgayein
