These cookies are the perfect amount of sweet from the maple syrup, chewy from the oatmeal, and tart from the diced apples.   1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.

We also incorporated CBD into our cookies, but it is totally optional. Healthy soft and chewy Apple Cinnamon Cookies. Recipe contains no eggs, grains, gluten, dairy or refined sugars, & tastes incredible! The cinnamon sugar still sticks but the donuts will taste much lighter. Gluten Free: I haven't tested it, but a decent gluten free flour blend should work well here.
