  2. In a small bowl quickly beat the eggs add the tumeric and season with pepper, beat until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs to the saucepan and allow to sit for around 15-20 seconds and then using the rubber spatula give it a good mix. Now, to achieve the perfect soft scrambled eggs it's important to keep stirring it as it slowly cooks, just allowing it to rest every few seconds. As soon as the eggs begin to clump together more remove from the heat and keep mixing to keep a silky smooth texture.
