- Heat a pan,add oil,cumin seeds, add onions garlic ginger…. Saute them.
- Add all spices, potatoes in pan saute them … & add tomatoes until oil separates.
- When oil leaves, add fenugreek / methi leaves.add lill water if needed. Cover & cook it for 10-12 mins.
- Methi aloo sbzi is ready to serve.
