  4. After 15 minutes remove the batter and sprinkle some oil and knead to bring together like a dough. Cover and set aside.
  5. Grease the chakli machine. Take a star shape nozzle plate. Divide dough in 4 parts, put in machine and make chaklis in a lined tray.
  6. Do with all the dough. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
  7. On slow flame add chaklis 3-4 at a time and fry slowly. Prepare all the chaklis
