  9. Add 2.5 cups of water.
  10. Pressure cook for 3 whistles.
  11. Dry roast the fenugreek leaves.
  12. Once the Kichdi is ready, add the fenugreek and mix well.
  13. Serve in a bowl with spicy potato crisps.
