Instructions to make Fruit & nuts Custard:
- From the 300 ml of milk, take 50 ml in a cup (milk should be in a room temperature) and add 2 tbsp custard powder. Mix it without any lumps & keep it aside.
- Now boil the remaining 250 ml milk, by adding the sugar in it. Now slowly and gradually add the custard mixture to it and stir continuously so that it doesn't forms any lumps. Stir it for 2 to 3 mins and remove it from the flame and keep it aside untill it comes to room temperature or it cools down completely.
- Now cut all the fruits of your choice into small pieces and keep them aside. Now take a tadka pan, add 1 tsp of ghee and fry the dry fruits and keep it aside.
- Now when the custard mixture cools down completely, add the fruit pieces and dry fruits in it. Give it a mix and keep it in a refrigerator and serve it chilled. ππ
- Note : Donot add the fruits when the custard mixture is hot, the milk may get curdled up. Add them only when it is cooled down.
