The ingredients needed to make Pasta:
  1. Get 1/2 kg Boneless Chicken
  2. Get 1 packet Fettuccine pasta
  3. Make ready 4 Tbsp White Flour (Maida)

  12. Get Olive oil (or butter or cooking oil)

  2. Boil pasta as per instructions and keep aside. - - *Heat oil preferably olive oil and saute onion.
  3. Add chicken and Fry until it turns white. - - *Add white flour and let it saute. Lumps will form but keep stirring. Try to use a whisker to keep your white sauce smooth.
  4. Once done add bit of water to make thick consistency. Add olpers cream to create a creamy texture. Remember to add cream bit by bit and taste the sauce. Some like it less creamy and some adore more so adjust as per your need.
  5. Add Parmesan to make it thick. Make sure to whisk it avoid lumps. - - *Add peas,carrot,salt, black pepper, paprika powder and let it cook. (Adjust the seasoning as per your own taste)
  6. Add boiled pasta in the chicken white sauce and mix well. - - *Now add mushrooms, olives and let it simmer for few minutes.
  7. Enjoy it hot and u can take garlic bread or croutons as a side with it.
