How to make mango panna cotta recipe: Cut agar agar into small strips in case if its a big sheet like. Measure and take agar agar in a sauce pan,add water to it. Add sugar and vanilla essence to it. The texture of this Mango Panna Cotta is silky soft and smooth.

- Firstly in a mixing bowl take 1tsp agar agar powder and add 2tbsp hot water
- Mix well add dissolve agar agar completely
- Further add 2cups of mango puree
- Mix well making sure the pulp gets mixed up with agar agar uniformly
- Place the serving glass in a bowl so that it gets tilted slightly
- Pour in prepared mango puree till it reaches the rim
- Now refrigerate it for 2-3hrs till it sets completely

- Now prepare cream layer by heating up milk
- Add in 1tsp agar agar powder and whisk well
- Cook the milk on medium low heat till it steam (do not boil)
- Further add fresh cream and whisk well
- Now add sugar powder, vanilla essence & pinch of salt
- Whisk and dissolve sugar completely,switch off the flame
- Let milk cool for 10mins in room temperature before pouring to the glass
- Now take out glass fr refrigerator to this glass add milk mixture and transfer this glass back to refrigerator and refrigerate it for 3hrs or till set completely
- Finally garnish with mango pieces and mint leaves, serve chill
