- You can enjoy it on top of rice. It's also delicious to mix with mizuna greens or carrots.
Then mix with the mentaiko sauce. I add some crushed red pepper flakes. Also, try adding some heavy cream. It'll make awesome mentaiko cream pasta. It tastes just like the mentaiko cream pasta that I ate in Japan.
