  2. After soaking pressure cook the chickpeas in a pressure cooker with water and salt about 4 whistle.After off heat and let the pressure release naturally.open the pressure cookerand strain the water from chickpeas.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.add bay leaf to it.and cook for 2 seconds. Add chopped garlic,chopped green chillies,and sliced/chopped onions.
  4. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.add sliced tomatoes and cook for 2 more minutes.
  5. Now add turmeric powder,gram masala,cumin powder, Salt mix well.and cook for a minute.
  6. Add boil chickpeas and fry 10 minutes.
  7. Granish with chopped onions, green chillies,and lemon slices and coriander leaves.
