This chia pudding could be put in reused baby food jars, small mason jars, or even squeeze pouches to be included for school lunches.

The ingredients needed to make CHIA PUDDINGS:
  1. Make ready 400 grams can coconut cream
  2. Get 1/3 cup chia seeds
  3. Prepare 40 ml honey
  4. Prepare what ever toppings you like

  2. Cover with glad wrap. Put in fridge to thicken for 4 hours. Over night is best.
  3. Remove from fridge. Place in serving glases. Top with whatever toppings you like.
  4. Here I made a mixed berry coulis, strawberries and banana and sprinkle of cacao powder.

You can also leave out the sweetener if you prefer to sweeten it only with toppings like fresh fruit, dried fruit or chocolate chips. Strawberry Coconut: Use coconutmilk for the milk of choice in the base recipe, and garnish with sliced strawberries or layer the pudding in a glass between layers of chopped berries (as shown in the photo below). I am new to the chia scene - I have heard of, seen & tried some chia puddings at health food stores but hadn't tried making any at home until this one! Chia pudding on its own is fairly plain in the flavor department. But that's what makes it fun!
