I am Gluten Free and this is the only granola I can eat.

Instructions to make Granola:
  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Melt coconut oil in microwave.
  3. Combine all ingredients In a bowl and then spread on a lined oven tray. Place in oven. Keep a close eye on it as it burns easily.
  4. Give a good stir after 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven when your preferred level of brown is achieved. This was 15 mins.
