- Combine the meringue and the batter in 3 times. Do not overmix it.

- Bake it immediately at 175°C for 50 minutes using a water bath.
I love chiffon cake, but its been so long since i made one. Once mixed, add the salt and oil. Mix well until all the sugar has dissolved and the mixture seems creamy. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together into bowl. Put egg yolks, cooking oil, orange juice, orange rind, and vanilla into well.
