  1. Take milk in a big pan and boil to make little thick.Now add paneer crushed dry fruits which we have available stir continuously.
  2. Add sugar and cardamom powder add milkmaid and stri well check the sweetness now mix 1 tsp cornflour in little water and add the milk boil for 2 minutes again.
  3. Put off the gas and take saffron and rose water grind ina hand stone grinder to come a great fragnance add in the milk mixture.
  4. It is just like rabdi but little thi kon the other side heat ghee in a pan add roasted vetmecilli and roast more for minutes add make sugar water syrup add in the vermicilli to cook soft.
  5. Add cardamom powder and saffron it should not be sticky seems all seperately.
  6. Now serve in earthen pot and plate first pour rabdi then jave then again rabdi garnish with little sweet jave and colourful siliced almonds.
