  9. Heat your tawa or frying pan and place the sheets on top flip after to 2-3 mins
  10. Use a medium round plate to trim the edges
  11. Use pizza cutter or knife and cut the into four then separate the sheet slowly to avoid been cut
  12. Combine 2 tablespoon of flour with water and form a sticky paste
  13. Form a cone shape
  14. Add the minced meat fillings Place a pan on fire add little oil,onions and chopped garlic stir until translucent add the mince meat and stir for about 2 mins on low heat then add your seasonings and allow to cook for 1min
  15. Use your finger tip and dip inside the paste and paint on the side of your samosa sheet then fold
  16. Once you are done heat oil and fry your samosa until golden brown
  17. You can serve your samosa with a dipping sauce
