- Clean veggies and cut all veggies based on your choice, put into a bowl (suitable for microwaving), add water to just cover the veggies.
- Put in the microwave for around 4-5 minutes (My microwave @1200W within 5 minutes) or until cooked.
- Remove all veggies from the bowl and put into cold water for around 1 minute, then remove from the water into a serving dish.
- Serve deep fried salmon with mixed veggies and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Enjoy :)
