Instructions to make Glazed sesame salmon:
- To create the marinade for the salmon, in a low dish mix together soy sauce and ginger and lay the salmon in skin side up for around 15 minutes
- Transfer the salmon onto a baking tray and place it skin side down, covering with sesame seeds
- Place salmon in oven at 180 degrees for around 15 minutes
- Remove the skin of the butternut squash and then dice. Toss in a little olive oil and salt and pepper and place in the oven for around 40 minutes
- Place lettuce in a bowl with diced feta and then top with the salmon and butternut squash
How to Cook Honey Glazed Salmon. To make the glaze, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha, ginger and sesame seeds in a small bowl; set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame seeds and green onions. Pour the honey sesame mixture (from the pan) over the salmon, and spread evenly with the back of a spoon or spatula to evenly cover in sauce. Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon to cover and completely seal the packet closed to prevent the sauce from leaking.
