- Pop on baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes
- When cooked open up and top with coriander, green onion, and shallots serve with chilli sauce

Turn off heat and stir in spinach and lime juice. Top with salmon curry, basil and. Season salmon with salt; add to curry. Remove pan from heat and cover. Gently break up salmon into large pieces.
