  1. Get 75 gm amul fresh cream
  2. Prepare 125 gm chocolate (55%dark or milk chocolate)
  3. Take 250 gm whipped cream

I like semi-sweet chocolate but if you prefer your mousse with a darker chocolate flavor, use bittersweet. Remember, the higher the cacao percentage, the less sweet the chocolate..   3. Take whipping cream in a chilled bowl and beat it to stiff peaks.
  4. Now take cool ganache and fold in whipped cream gently. You can increase whipped cream for a lighter colour mousse.
  5. Your yummy and easy Chocolate mousse is ready, use it in cakes as layering or making dessert glasses or enjoy as it is.
  6. This mousse can be used as tart filling.ready to serve
