Secondly, mix whip cream and chocolate with lighter hand so that it cream lightness doesn't go away.Also don't whisk it too much. As the temperature would rise and the whipped cream could melt.)
  7. Now, the final step. Pour the whipped cream on the crunchy base and freeze it(freezing time 5-6 hours). You can decorate the mousse by spreading chocolate shaving and cherries.
