  9. Fry it until it gets crisp.
  10. Now take a sauce pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil to it.
  11. Add chopped ginger, garlic,green chillies and onions to it
  12. Add chopped capsicum to it.
  13. Saute it.
  14. Add vinegar,soy sauce, tomato sauce,green chillies and salt as per your taste.
  15. Stir it nicely and add water as per the requirement to make it a thick gravy.
  16. Add cornflour paste to make the gravy thick.
  17. When the sauce begins to bubble add the fried chicken pcs to it and toss it well.
  18. Make sure that the pcs coat the sauce gravy nicely.
  19. Serve it in a plate and you can garnish it with spring onions/chopped coriander leaves.
