- Take a dal soked in water for 20 min
- Then in cooker add soked dal,salt and turmerice powder,add some water in it and wesil 3 in keep aside
- Take a pan add 2tblsp oil add cumin seeds salut well..
- Add chop onion and tomato and keep on low flame until it becomes smooth.. Then add dry ingredients red chilli,turmeric powder salt as per taste..and mix well..
- Another side mash the dal add some water and mash it not over lil bit..
- After saulte tomato and onion mixture add the dal in it and lightly mix well and mix like smooth and leave for 2 min in low flame until oil come ups..
- For tarka,take a pan add 2tblsp oil add cumin seeds,red chilli powder in it and add red chilli flicks in then salute well
- Our dal is ready..tarka and leave it on low flame and on top add Coriander leaves it's ready serve.. Note:(you can have it panner vegetable Biryani for good combination or any other bariyani)enjoy..😀
