Drain & wash your artichokes, chop & add to bowl.add in 1/2 bag of cheese, parmesan cheese, oaxaca cheese, mayo, sour cream,& diced green chilies mix well. I used a deep dish pie pan but u can use any size casserole dish.
- top with last of mixed cheese, & sprinkle with paprika. Bake 25-30min
