Instructions to make Monsoon magic:
  1. 1st take sock 6hours udad dal & crush in mixture.
  2. Add Besan,Rice flour,hldi,mirchi,green chilli,ajwain,salt,garlic and ginger paste and mix well
  3. Take frying Pan with full of Cooking oil,
  4. Heat properly with high flame,when oil heated then slow the flam..add the this for Pakoda. It’s ready with low flame
  5. Pakoda ready to served
  6. 2nd one ready for Tomato,Brinjal and cauliflower pakoda.
  7. Take Besan and all vegetables.
  8. Fry with Slow flame.
  9. Ready for serve
  10. Serve with Tomato chutney.Take Tomato and ginger garlic paste and green chilli and hing and salt.
