  1. Take 1 1/2 cup Moong dhuli dal
  2. Make ready 1 chooped kheera( cucumber)
  3. Prepare 1 chopped onion
  4. Get 1 chooped tomato
  5. Prepare 1 chopped green chilli
  6. Make ready 1 tsp chopped adrak(ginger)
  7. Get 2 tsp lemon juice
  8. Get To taste salt
  9. Get 1/2 tsp lal mirchi (red chilli)powder
  10. Take 1/4 tsp garam masala
  11. Make ready 1 pinch Haldi(Turmeric) powder
  12. Take 2 tsp Chopped hara dhania( coriander leaves)
  13. Make ready 1 tsp ghee
  14. Prepare 1 tsp jeera / cumin seeds
  15. Prepare 1 tbs tamarind chutney(sweet)
Instructions to make Moong Dal Chaat:
  1. First wash and soak moong daal for 2-3 hours.
  2. Then heat a pan. add ghee, jeera, adrak green chilli. Keep stir.
  3. Add dal and all spices.Add some water and cover it.
  4. Cook for 5-10 min. Keep stir and cook.
  5. Check it when cook. Off the flame.
  6. Then add lemon juice, hara dhania, meethi chutney(tamarind).
  7. Mix well.garnish with coriander and serve.y ou can add pomegranate in it.
