- Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave or in a double boiler. Remove from the heat, then add coffee and set aside to cool.

- Whip the egg whites with cream of tartar until fluffy, gradually add two table spoon of sugar and continue to beat until stiff peaks form and keep it aside.

- Remove the chocolate mixture from the refrigerator and gently stir the peakform egg whites.
- Add the whipped cream and gently fold in the chocolate mixture.
- Spoon the chocolate mousse in to six serving glasses and refrigerate for couple of hours.
- Serve with additional whipped cream and shaved white chocolate.
