  7. In pan heat desi ghee add mustard seed and garlic fry them till light brown after that add onions and curry leaves fry till light brown also add red chilli powder switch off the flame add mixture into kabhi.. Mix well.
  8. Rice- in a bowl wash rice 2-3 times. Heat a pan add 1 tsp oil add rice fry 3-4 min add 2.1/2 cup water cover with led cook for 12-15 mins..
  9. Kabhi chawal is ready to serve..
