  3. Add half quantity of salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and mix. Add chilli, tomato, peanuts and mix well and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add poha, herbs and remaining salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and sugar mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Squeeze a lemon juice and mix well. Switch off the flame.
  5. Serve hot with sauce.
