  14. Prepare 1 teaspoon Tamarind Paste .
Instructions to make Linguinne Pasta with Dandelion Greens:
  1. Use a large Pot and Boil water. add 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  2. Cut 1/2" stems of Dandelions. Cut into 1/2 all the stems and leaves. Add to boiling water. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Drain and save the Water. Put boiled dundelions aside.  Boil diced carrots for 3 minutes in salt water.
  3. In a seperate Pan add 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add cumin seeds, cook 1 minute, add all the garlic, onions, add vegetable masala and boiled carrots. Cook 2 minutes. Now add boiled dandelions, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, (1 chopped green chilli), chopped tomato and simmer for 10 mts. covered.
  4. Bring dandelion water to a  boil in the same pot, add 1 teaspoon water and 1 lb. of Linguinne Pasta, boil it for 7 minutes. Drain Pasta and Add it to the Dandelions. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix it well and serve with Grated cheese on top.
