  6. Now, uncover the dough and knead for 10 to 15 secs
  7. Roll roti and lather it with tamarind and jaggery paste
  8. Evenly sprinkle the grind dry filling on to the roti and roll it
  9. Cut it as in desired shape or size
  10. Heat oil to deep fry
  11. Fry the bhakarwadis on medium -low flame
  12. It can b stored for more than a week
