- Make stock adding harissa if you like it a bit spicy. Put cous cous into a bowl. Add stock. (Basically 1:1) Mix and cover with cling film. Leave for 5 mins
- When it's ready, remove cling film, fluff up with a fork, add olive oil until it moves around easily. Add drained prawns and chickpeas. Stir well. Add a good squeeze of lemon. Serve with parsley :)
