- In a bowl add Maida, salt, oil and adequate water to make a tight dough.
- When the onion mix is cooled down, add grated cheese and chopped coriander leaves. Set aside.
- Make Poori like with a rolling pin, sides should be thin. Add the filling in the centre and close the edges. Roll into a ball and set aside. Complete all and let it rest for 5-7 mins.
- With a rolling pin roll them all slowly. In a wok heat oil and deep fry
