Steps to make Katori Chaat:
  1. Take all-purpose flour in a bowl, salt,2 tbsp oil. Mix well
  2. Add water and knead a soft dough.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai.
  4. Take lemon size dough roll a tin round place it on back of steel katori.
  5. When oil heats fry katoris in it as it will start frying it will leave edges of steel katori take steel katories out from oil.
  6. Fry katories till done.
  7. In large bowl add cheakpea sprouts potato add salt to it.
  8. Place katori on plate fill half katori will mixed sprouts.
  9. Over sprouts pour both chutney,yoghurt,tomatoes.onion,sprinkle chilli powder cumin powder chaat masala and sev place Coriander leave at top.
