  2. Get 1 onion finely chopped

  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  8. Take 5-6 yellow long fryums
  9. Get 1/4 cup bhujia
Instructions to make Fryums chaat:
  1. Firstly put oil in kadai and fry fryum in it. Than cut fryum roll in 2 pieces. Take a mixing bowl add boiled potatoes and mashed it than add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander leaves then add red chilli powder salt chat masala. Mix all together well. Then fill this masala in fryums roll from both side.
  2. Than take a bhujia and stick on both side.
  3. Serve immediately in a serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
